    • 3 medium onions, sliced into ½-inch rings
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    Onion cut into ½ inch rings

    Cut onions into 1⁄2 inch rings shape

    Onion rings soaking in cold water

    Dip onions into cold water for 10 minutes

    Mixing batter for onion rings

    Mix flour, cornstarch , black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt , egg and milk.
