    • 3 medium onions, sliced into ½-inch rings
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • Oil for deep frying

    Onion cut into ½ inch rings

    Cut onions into 1⁄2 inch rings shape

    Dip onions into cold water for 10 minutes
