    After this incident, I studied about the options of gluten-free appetizers. This is when I realized, Gluten-free appetizers are no big deal. They don’t involve expensive and complex ingredients. In fact, awareness, clean prep, and naturally gluten-free foods is all that you need.

    So, through this blog, let me help you prepare simple and safe gluten-free appetizers. No stress!

    What “Gluten-Free” Actually Means

    People who follow gluten-free diet cannot consume gluten, which is a protein commonly found in wheat, barley, and rye.

    So this indicates that if you’re someone who follows gluten-free diet, then you cannot have;

    • Regular bread
    • pasta

    • or flour
