Then add veggies including corn, carrot, and bell peppers. And mix well. Then add flour to this mixture and mix well. Then slowly add milk and keep mixing to avoid any lumps. Lastly, add some cream and cheese. Mix well and set this mixture aside.
Now cut rounds of bread slices. Spread the mixture on half of each round and fold them lik half moons. Seal the edges by applying some water and pressing them. Dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs. Then either fry, air fry, or bake them.
