    Ingredients

    For Chicken Steak:

    • 2 Chicken Fillets (1 lb)
    • Oil ¼ cup
    • Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoon
    • Salt 1 teaspoon
    • Black Pepper Powder ½ teaspoon
    • White Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
    • Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
    • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
    • Mustard Paste 1 tbsp

    For White Sauce:

    • Oil 2 tablespoon
    • Chopped Garlic 1.5 teaspoon
    • Butter 2 tablespoon
    • All Purpose Flour 2 tablespoon
    • Milk 1 cup
    • Water 1 cup
    • Salt 1 teaspoon
    • White Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
    • Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp

    Instructions

    a hand pouring oil from one bowl to another

    take a bowl and add oil in it

    a hand transferring chopped garlic from one bowl to another

    add some chopped garlic

    adding pepper to the mix

    then add salt, black pepper and white pepper

    adding worcestershire sauce to the bowl

    add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar

    adding mustard to the bowl

    now add mustard paste

    applying the mixture to the chicken breast pieces

    mix well and apply it on the chicken evenly on both sides

    cooking the chicken fillet on the grill pan

    brush oil on the grill pan and and grill the chicken until it's cooked (6 to 10 mins each side)

    take vegies of your choice and grill them in the same grill

    then add oil, chopped garlic and butter in a pan

    gradually add milk while continuously stirring the spoon

    adding water in the pan that has white sauce mixture

    now add water as required

    then add salt, white pepper powder and red chili flakes

    ready to serve

    Directions:

    For chicken:

    Put all the above ingredients except chicken in a bowl and whisk it thoroughly 2. Pour the marinate over Chicken Fillet and keep it for 1-2 hours 3. Brush Grill pan with oil 4. Grill Chicken on both sides approx. 6-10 mins each side.

    For white sauce:

    In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon oil 2. Add chopped Garlic and Saute` for 2 minutes 3. Then add butter, when it's melted, add flour and mix till aroma comes 4. Now Add milk gradually and keep stirring 5. Add water 6. Add Salt, White Pepper Powder and Red Chili Flakes 7. Cook till the sauce thickens.

    Substitutions

    For dairy free version, use olive oil instead of butter and use non dairy milk in the sauce.

    Storage

    It can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
