Instructions

In a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder ,red chilli powder, garam masala powder, haldi, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.

Blend boiled egg, cream, garlic cloves , salt ,sugar and mozzarella cheese to make the sauce and set aside.

Grill the chicken in a pan with little oil till done.

Apply the sauce all over the grilled chicken and cook on low heat for a minute.

Serve with roti, naan or paratha.
