    Ingredients

    Ingredients For Creamy Half Moon Pies
    • Oil - 1 tbsp
    • Chicken (boiled & shredded) - 300 gms
    • Black pepper - 1⁄2 tsp
    • Paprika - 1 tsp
    • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
    • Red chilli flakes - 1⁄2 tsp
    • Salt - 1⁄2 tsp
    • Capsicum- 1⁄2 cup
    • Carrot shredded- 1⁄2 cup
    • Sweet corns - 1⁄2 cup
    • All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
    • Milk - 1⁄4 cup
    • Cream - 1⁄2 cup
    • Egg - 1 beaten
    • Bread slices - 6/8
    • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
    • Oil for frying

    Instructions

    Prepare filling

    In a pan add oil and then chicken.

    Add black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, red chili flakes and salt.

    Mix it well.

    Add capsicum carrot and sweet corn mix until well combined.

    Add milk gradually mix continuously

    Take white bread slices.

    Cut off into round shape

    Flatten the slice with a rolling pin.

    Fold it into a half-moon shape.

    Seal the edges by applying water and pressing it.

    Dip in egg

    Coat with breadcrumbs.

    Fry in medium heat until golden.
