- Chicken Thigh Boneless - 400g
- Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½tsp
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- White pepper - 1⁄2 tsp
- Red chilli flakes - 1⁄4 tsp
- Carom Seeds - 1pinch
- Capsicum - 1⁄2 cup
- Sauce:
- Mayonnaise - 1cup
- Cream - ¼cup
- Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs - 1⁄2 tsp
- Full Fat Milk Powder - 2 Tsp
- Chopped green chillies- 1 tbsp
- MSG - 1⁄4 tsp
- For sealing slurry:
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Water - as required

How to Make Chicken Malai Boti Samosa (Step-by-Step Instructions)

In a pan add oil sauté chicken
Add garlic, salt , black pepper, white pepper, chilli flakes and carom seeds.
Mix it well

Add diced capsicum

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream , chicken powder, Mixed herbs, milk powder, chopped green chilies and, MSG
Mix everything well until creamy.

Add chicken mixture into the creamy mixture.

Mix well

Fill the samosa sheet with the mixture

Fold the samosa patti sheets as shown in the picture

Do as shown above

Now add chicken filling

Seal it properly

Deep fry the samosa until golden brown

Serve hot and fresh
