    FAQs

How to make Chicken Malai Boti Samosa at home?

To make Chicken Malai Boti Samosa, cook boneless chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste, green chilies, spices, and fresh cream. Add mozzarella cheese for extra creaminess, fill into samosa patti sheets and deep fry until golden and crispy.

What is the filling of Chicken Malai Boti Samosa?

The filling is made with tender Malai Boti (creamy chicken), fresh cream, mild spices, green chilies paste and sometimes mozzarella cheese for a rich and creamy texture.

Can I bake Chicken Malai Boti Samosa instead of frying?

Yes, you can bake it at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes or air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes. However, deep frying gives the most authentic crispy texture like Pakistani street food samosa.

Which cream is best for Malai Boti filling?

Fry on medium heat, avoid overcrowding the pan, and cool completely before storing. Reheat in an air fryer or oven to maintain crispiness.

Can I freeze Chicken Malai Boti Samosa?

Yes, you can freeze uncooked samosas for up to 1 month. Fry directly from frozen on medium-low heat for best results.
